I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with the software.Serif is determined to make its Affinity suite a more practical alternative for creatives who'd rather not pay for an Adobe subscription - or use a conventional PC, for that matter. Please, please, please get this fixed because I abandoned Adobe for Serif products because I fell in love with this company but the levels of stress I’ve endured by trying to find a way to get my book back have been unfathomable. But before you ask, no, it wasn’t an image placed on a master page by accident. On top of that, when manually replacing one linked image to its original pic, the app clearly bugged out and a lot of the backgrounds changed to that newly replaced image as well. I was absolutely loving EVERYTHING about this app…the functionality, the mobility to create a book on the go, and the simplicity of the UI until this afternoon when all of a sudden, about 60 of my linked images all changed to ONE duplicated image that couldn’t be undone even by cycling through the history.
